This is good. Replies are sent before you have asked the question or made a comment. Requires a team of dedicated professionals who work round the clock ( probably working in Delhi or Bombay ) and who make the most of their 6th senses. A budget of millions gives the service you expect. At least, the service they expect you to expect. Also known in the industry as 'spam' mode.
A 24 hour service. Send an email and a response is returned within 24 hours. The domain of big business, the unemployed and the very bored.
A 2 to 3 day service. Emails are replied to after a few days if all goes well. A good service from a professional set-up.
OK, you may have to wait 2 to 3 weeks, but what do you expect ? Better than no reply at all. It's the only service possible from people with a proper day job who don't make any money from their web site. It's an amateurish performance and quite rightly so.

This is not so good. The owner of the site is most likely dead or working away from home for a year or more. In a country with no means of electronic communication. No emails are ever replied to. Ever. No matter what.
